The Role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) owns the top of AlphaPoint's funnel. You'll research and prospect companies that need digital asset infrastructure, qualify them,



and book well-briefed meetings for our Account Executives. Working closely with sales and marketing, you'll turn a target account list into a predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
You must already understand the market we operate in. You know the difference between an exchange, a broker, and a custodian; you can speak to why a bank or fintech would launch a digital asset product; and you can hold a credible first conversation with a Head of Digital Assets, CTO, or COO.
What You'll Do
- Outbound prospecting. Build and work target account lists that match AlphaPoint's idóneo customer profile. Run personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn sequences to engage decision-makers.
- Lead qualification. Qualify inbound leads (web, events, partner referrals) and outbound responses against defined criteria: fit, need, timing, and buying authority.
