What would I do as a Lead Recruiter?

Recruitment & Hiring — 60%
End-to-end recruitment
- Own the end-to-end hiring process across Academy, experienced hires and local hiring needs for the Argentina hub.
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, build role profiles and job descriptions, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and manage offers.
- Maintain an active, relevant talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment processes are well organised, timely and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Own internal and external communications throughout the process: pre-briefs, pre-debriefs, interview confirmations, offer communications.
