We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support our lifecycle marketing team by assisting with campaign production, operational coordination, and quality assurance for email and push marketing programs. Reporting to the Director, you will work closely with regional lifecycle marketing specialists to support campaign builds, manage inbound campaign requests, and ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule. Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will assist with campaign setup, asset preparation, and campaign QA processes while supporting a general marketing team responsible for driving ticket sales, fan engagement, and subscriber growth.
Responsibilities
- Support campaign intake, send scheduling, and campaign readiness validation
- Build and manage Journey Builder journeys and Automation Studio automations
- Design, build, test, and support end-to-end customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Manage Data Extensions, including data relationships, primary keys, sendable data extensions, and data retention




- Structure and relate customer/contact data within Contact Builder
- Handle email sends, subscriber management, publication lists, suppression lists, and send classifications through Email Studio
- Troubleshoot failed automations, journey issues, email sends, data issues, and subscriber/contact problems
- Apply CAN-SPAM, unsubscribe management, and consent requirements to email marketing practices
- Administer SFMC users, roles, permissions, and Business Units
- Personalize emails and journeys using AMPscript
- Validate audience counts, personalization, links, data, and journey logic before deployment
- Document SFMC processes, data flows, automations, and journeys for ongoing administration and support

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email marketing
- Working knowledge of SQL queries, data filtering, segmentation, and audience creation
- Familiarity with SFMC APIs and integrations with exte
