Responsibilities
- Evaluate business processes to uncover improvement opportunities and define target outcomes
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and propose optimization strategies
- Analyze requirements to ensure solutions align with business goals and constraints
- Document user stories with clear acceptance criteria and measurable success criteria
- Coordinate meetings and presentations to share findings, options, and recommendations




- Communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Stay up to date on process and IT advancements to support automation and modernization

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud
- Familiarity with GenAI for BA Productivity & SDLC
- Capability to lead requirements analysis and translate business needs into actionable user stories
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have
- Skills in BA artifacts documentation
