Reports To: Customer Service Manager About the Role We are looking
for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service
Representative to join our team. The adecuado candidate enjoys helping
people, solving problems, communicating clearly, and creating a
positive customer experience. This position will be responsible for
assisting customers with questions, requests, reservations,
follow-ups, and general support while representing the company in a
professional and helpful manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to
customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other communication
channels. Provide accurate information about products, services,
policies, and procedures. Assist customers with requests,
reservations, changes, cancellations, and general questions.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Follow up
with customers to ensure their needs have been addressed. Maintain




accurate customer information and communication records in company
systems. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or
supervisor when necessary. Coordinate with internal teams to
resolve customer requests. Maintain a positive, professional, and
solution-oriented attitude. Meet established customer service,
quality, and productivity standards. Protect customer
confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures. Perform
other customer service-related duties as assigned. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer
service, hospitality, sales, travel, or administrative experience
preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Professional
and friendly attitude. Ability to remain calm and helpful when
handling difficult situations. Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and
