Cook Unity is seeking a CRM Associate – Lifecycle Marketing & Retention to support our CRM team in planning and executing timely emails, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages for lifecycle campaigns. You will own campaigns in Braze and help build customer segments for lifecycle efforts. You will collaborate with engineering, product and data teams, maintain calendars and dashboards, and contribute to performance analysis.
Strong English skills and detail-orientation are essential.
