The Opportunity

- The AS&T; Manager is responsible for providing strategic, scientific, and operational leadership for Analytical Science & Technology (AS&T;) activities across the LATAM region. The role leads and coordinates analytical support for product lifecycle management, technical transfers, compliance remediation, troubleshooting, process optimization,



alternative supplier qualification (ASQ) initiatives, and regulatory support. The position serves as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for analytical sciences, ensuring harmonized analytical approaches and best practices across LATAM manufacturing sites in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Chile.
- The role is based in Argentina in Manufacturing Plant in Florencio Varela, and is responsible for managing both the regional analytical team and the local Analytical MS&T; team in Argentina.

What You'll Do

Regional Technical Leadership

- Provide scientific and technical leadership for analytical activities across LATAM manufacturing sites, act as the regional SME for analytical sciences, supporting Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and commercial priorities and drive harmonization and standardization of analytical practices.

Product Lifecycle Support

- Provide analytical support throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring continuity of supply and compliance with general and local regulatory requirements.
- Technical Transfers and New Product Introduction
- Lead and support analytical activities associated with technology transfers between internal manufacturing sites and third-party manufacturers. Ensure successful transfer, verification, validation, and implementation of analytical methods.

Compliance and Quality Improvement

- Lead analytical compliance initiatives and remediation projects to ensure inspection readiness and sustained GMP compliance.
