ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to build reliable CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related tooling.
This person manages deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production, reducing manual release effort through automation and strong process discipline.
Comfort troubleshooting metadata conflicts and environment sync issues is essential.WHAT YOU WILL DODesign, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related DevOps tooling.Manage deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.Support version control, branching strategies, release orchestration, backup, rollback, and environment management.Partner with developers, admins, QA, and release stakeholders to define and improve deployment processes.Troubleshoot deployment failures, metadata conflicts, and environment synchronization issues.Establish standards for release governance, testing, compliance, and change management.Automate repetitive deployment and validation tasks to improve delivery speed and quality.Document release procedures, deployment checklists, and operational runbooks.MUST HAVES4+ years of Salesforce platform experience,
