Why OpenRelay

OpenRelay is GPU compute and LLM inference for people who ship. Customers rent GPU machines and call inference APIs; providers plug their hardware into our network and get paid for it. We run a distributed fleet on real hardware, not a reseller skin over someone else's cloud. Small team, high bar, and room for A-players to own things that are live in production.

We care about what you can do, not diplomas. The profile we want most is simple: you got strangers to read, reply, sign up, or buy, and you can show the numbers. Plenty of marketers can write copy. Building the machine that produces it, distributes it, lands it in the right inbox or search result, and turns a stranger into a booked meeting is the rarest and most valuable skill you can bring us.

What this role is

Growth marketing built like engineering, across four motions you will run as systems, not campaigns:

- Cold email and AI-augmented SDR: lists, enrichment, sequences, deliverability, replies, and the agents that do the repetitive parts
- SEO: programmatic pages targeting high-intent GPU, inference, and model queries; technical SEO; the new LLM-search surface (what AI assistants cite)
- LinkedIn content: founder-voice posts and the systems that draft, schedule, and learn from them
- Automated blog production: agentic pipelines that turn platform reality (benchmarks, pricing, launches) into posts worth ranking, with you as editor, not typist

Core tools

- Cold email at volume: Instantly (or Smartlead/similar), sending-domain and deliverability management
- Enrichment and list building: Apollo, Clay,



LinkedIn
- SEO tooling: Search Console, Ahrefs/DataForSEO or similar, programmatic page generation
- AI daily: Claude, agentic workflows, automated content pipelines that you steer and edit
- CRM and analytics: Attio (or similar), PostHog
- Enough scripting to be dangerous: APIs, spreadsheets, small scripts (bonus: TypeScript/Python)

What you will own

- The outbound machine end to end: ICP lists, enrichment, sequencing, send infrastructure, inbox placement, reply handling
- Programmatic SEO: generating and optimizing pages for queries that buy GPU compute and inference, and killing the pages that do not work
- The blog as a production line: automated drafting from real platform data, human-edited, published on a cadence, measured on traffic and rankings
- LinkedIn as a channel: founder-voice content, posting systems, and what the engagement data says to write next
- Deliverability as a discipline: domains, warmup, volume ramps, bounce hygiene, and knowing when a domain is burned
- The numbers on all of it: traffic, rankings, opens, replies, meetings, signups, and the experiments that move them

Skills and qualifications

- You have run real cold outbound: campaigns you built yourself,



with reply and meeting numbers you can show
- You have ranked something: a page, a site, a piece of content that gets organic traffic you can prove
- Strong written English: your emails get replies and your posts get read
- Hands-on with at least one sending platform, one enrichment stack, and one SEO toolchain
- Comfortable with APIs and light scripting, or genuinely fast with AI tools that cover the gap
- Organized enough to run 10 experiments across 4 channels without losing the thread

Nice to have: technical audience experience (selling to developers or infrastructure buyers), paid acquisition, B2B SaaS or infrastructure background, TypeScript/Python, video content.

The video

Required, five minutes or less, in English. Two parts: your face on camera introducing yourself, and a screen recording walking through the best growth motion you have run, the numbers it produced, and the hardest problem you solved getting there. Casual is fine, content matters more than polish.
