About the Role

Our client is a financial services company seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join their team. This role is critical to maintaining healthy accounts receivable operations and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances. The idóneo candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable communicating with clients via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and follow up on outstanding payments and account balances to ensure timely collections.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email regarding account status and payment activity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and payment transactions.
- Provide general administrative support,



including data entry and document handling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve account discrepancies efficiently.

- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
