As a Deals Diligence Analytics - Senior Manager, you will lead and manage financial due diligence projects within our Deals practice, providing strategic insights and analytics to support client transactions.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your advanced skills and strategic vision to drive project success, interacting with clients at a senior level to deliver impactful results.
You will be responsible for building trust with multi‐level teams and stakeholders, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems, and applying sound judgment to navigate challenging situations.In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will oversee large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence.

leveraging your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results within our Deals practice.ResponsibilitiesLeading financial due diligence projects to support client decision‐making in mergers and acquisitionsAnalyzing financial statements and conducting financial modeling to assess earnings quality and business performanceDeveloping and implementing strategies for value creation and operational improvements in client engagementsCollaborating with cross‐functional teams to deliver comprehensive deal management and financial advisory servicesUtilizing analytical thinking and industry trend analysis to provide insights into market trends and growth opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored financial solutionsConducting investment analysis and valuations to support strategic questioning and decision‐making processesCoaching and providing feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and developmentValidating financial forecasts and projections to identify potential risks and opportunities for profitable growthPromoting inclusion and embracing change to enhance team dynamics and drive successful project outcomesUnderstanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data ProtectionEnsuring correct Information Security Management practicesOverseeing data preparation, transformation, and modeling using data preparation and workflow tools (e.g. Alteryx or similar), modeling and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI or similar), and querying languages (e.g. SQL or similar)Ensuring analytical integrity by bridging transactional data to reported financial statements,
