What You’ll Do

- Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercise, functional training, and patient education
- Help patients progress toward safe and sustainable return-to-work goals
- Collaborate with therapists and other members of the care team
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Support patients throughout their recovery
- Develop experience in work conditioning, functional movement, injury prevention, and return-to-work planning

What We’re Looking For





- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain a New Mexico license before beginning employment
- Strong communication and clinical-reasoning skills
- Commitment to thoughtful, patient-centered care
- Interest in learning and professional growth
- Desire to help patients regain function and independence
