We are looking for a C++ Tools & Automation Developer to build and improve automation tools that boost team efficiency and integrate smoothly with existing pipelines and CI systems. You will debug and maintain cross-language solutions while helping shape the technical direction.

Responsibilities

- Develop tools and solutions for repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
- Develop, maintain, and improve automation solutions, tools, and frameworks for multiple titles
- Integrate new solutions with existing tools, pipelines, and workflows
- Integrate automation solutions into CI systems and debug issues end to end
- Debug C++ and C# code to identify root causes and implement fixes
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Contribute to the overall technical vision of the team

Requirements

- 2+ years of tools and automation development experience in gaming or similar environments




- Strong C++ experience with advanced debugging skills
- Strong C# experience with advanced debugging skills
- Unreal Engine experience with game development workflows
- CI/build systems experience integrating and troubleshooting automation
- Version control principles knowledge; Perforce experience preferred
- Command line tools familiarity with at least one CLI (Cmd, PowerShell, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong ownership and accountability mindset
- Self-directed work skills in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate)

Nice to have

- Python experience for scripting and automation
- Unreal Engine automation experience
