ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Fractional Digital Analytics Specialist to keep our clients' digital marketing data accurate and actionable. You'll use Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to implement tracking and reporting across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Advertising. After auditing each client's current setup, you'll deliver recommendations and work with development and media teams to get it right.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years proven hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and Adverity, including advanced implementation and configuration
- Strong expertise in Google Tag Manager — tag deployment, data layer implementation, and debugging
- Solid understanding of tracking across digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, and Pinterest




- Sharp analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for data accuracy
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of Experience working in agency environments, managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
