BIM Modeler (Remote – LATAM)

We’re looking for a BIM Modeler with 4+ years of experience working on large, real projects — not academic or small-scale work.

This role is for people who deliver models and drawings that actually get built .

? Remote (Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay)

What you’ll do

- Develop BIM models (LOD 300-350)
- Produce drawings directly from the model (plans, sections, details)
- Ensure accuracy, coordination, and consistency
- Work with structured BIM workflows and standards
- Detect issues early (clashes, missing info, inconsistencies)

Requirements

- 4+ years of REAL experience in BIM modeling on large projects
- Strong command of Autodesk Revit
- Proven experience producing drawing packages from models
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Spanish required | English is a plus

Bonus (highly valued)

- Water treatment plants project experience
- Scan-to-BIM / point cloud experience
- Familiarity with ISO 19650
