We are seeking an accomplished, highly organized, and process-driven professional to join our team as a Point of Contact (POC). The POC is not just a role—it's the linchpin of our recruitment workflow, ensuring seamless continuity, robust client engagement, effective requisition alignment, and accelerated hiring velocity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison, building and maintaining trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and Clients. Drive exceptional client satisfaction by aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives and providing transparent communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Role Understanding & Workforce Consulting: Deeply understand each position, clarify hiring requirements, and provide critical market insights. Ensure recruiters have a clear grasp of role expectations and continuously recalibrate based on feedback.
- Team Knowledge Cascading: Lead as the central knowledge hub, conducting role kick-offs, calibration meetings, and sharing market intelligence to guarantee all recruitment teams are aligned and empowered.
- Recruitment Workflow Management: Govern the entire pipeline, proactively removing bottlenecks, driving timely feedback, and ensuring no requisition loses momentum.
- Shortlist Ownership: Assure quality, diversity,



and competitiveness in candidate shortlists; validate readiness and ensure timely delivery to meet client expectations.
- Candidate Experience Management: Oversee the entire candidate journey, from communication to offer coordination, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout.
- Operational Performance Management: Utilize analytics to monitor and optimize process efficiency, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and drive productivity across recruitment operations.
