Regional Payroll & HR Operations Manager – Latin America

We are seeking a Regional Payroll & HR Operations Manager to lead Payroll and Human Resources Operations across Latin America, supporting Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico.

This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll delivery, efficient HR operations, and an exceptional employee experience across the region. The successful candidate will lead a regional team, manage key vendor relationships, and partner closely with global and regional stakeholders to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Latin America Payroll & HR Operations team (4 FTEs).
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
- Manage HR operations processes and maintain the integrity of employee data within HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, company policies, and collective bargaining agreements where applicable.
- Manage the relationship with external payroll providers, ensuring contractual obligations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Partner with Global Payroll, Integral HR Solutions, HR Business Partners, Tax, Total Rewards, Legal, and Finance teams to support business objectives and operational effectiveness.
- Support regional and global Payroll and HR projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and employee experience.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize payroll and HR processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee payroll-related activities including salaries, benefits, taxes, garnishments, and other employee deductions.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and development initiatives for the regional team.

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading Payroll and/or HR Operations functions within complex multinational organizations.
- Experience managing payroll operations for large employee populations (1,500 employees).
- Strong knowledge of payroll administration, labor legislation, tax regulations, and HR operations.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams.
- Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred

- Regional experience supporting multiple Latin American countries, particularly Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
- Experience with ADP Payroll or comparable payroll systems.
- Portuguese language skills (is a plus)
