Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Buenos Aires and is responsible for organizing a regional sales team and executing the integral commercial strategy.

Day-to-day activities include managing key broker and agent relationships, coaching sales representatives, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Regional Sales Manager will focus on revenues and will work with marketing, operations, finance and customer service teams to support client acquisition and retention, as well as prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales management or business development within insurance with the ability to lead and motivate regional teams.




- Strong skills in strategic planning, territory management, and pipeline development to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for working with agents, partners, and clients.
- Solid analytical and reporting abilities, including use of CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
- Understanding of insurance and investment products, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics in Latin America is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Buenos Aires, travel within the region as needed, and collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Professional proficiency in English. Portuguese is an advantage.
