We are seeking an experienced Senior Animation Producer to lead the creative development and execution of animation projects from concept through final delivery.

This role requires a strategic creative thinker who can translate client objectives into strong concepts, compelling visual storytelling, and clear production direction. You should be equally comfortable collaborating with clients, developing creative approaches, guiding animation teams, and managing complex production workflows.

The idóneo candidate has deep experience with animation production and understands how to balance creative ambition with production feasibility, budgets, timelines, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Development & Direction

- Lead the development of creative concepts, treatments, messaging, and visual approaches aligned with client objectives.
- Translate brand and marketing goals into compelling animated storytelling.
- Write, develop, and refine scripts, messaging frameworks, and narrative structures.
- Provide creative direction to writers, illustrators, designers, animators, editors, and other creative team members.
- Review scripts, storyboards, style frames, animatics, rough cuts, and final deliverables to ensure creative quality and alignment.

Animation Production Oversight

- Manage animation projects from initial concept through final delivery.
- Guide workflows across scripting, visual development, storyboarding, style frames, animation, voiceover, sound design, editing, and finishing.
- Collaborate with producers and creative teams to ensure the original creative vision is maintained throughout production.
- Evaluate animation techniques and production approaches based on creative goals, budget, and timeline.
- Identify production challenges early and develop practical creative solutions.
- Ensure final deliverables meet creative, technical, timeline, and client requirements.





Post-Production Leadership

- Manage complex animation and post-production workflows across multiple projects, deliverables, artists, and review cycles.
- Oversee production timelines while maintaining a high creative standard.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback on animation, motion design, editing, sound design, music, and finishing.
- Coordinate closely with animators, designers, illustrators, editors, and motion artists to maintain consistency across assets.
- Consolidate client and stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable direction for the creative team.

Sales & Project Scoping

- Support business development by helping scope prospective animation projects.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to develop creative concepts and approaches for pitches and proposals.
- Evaluate production requirements and recommend appropriate animation styles, resources, timelines, and workflows.
- Develop creative solutions that align with client budgets while maximizing production value.
- Translate early client conversations into clear creative directions and executable production plans.
- Help estimate the level of effort and production complexity required for prospective projects.

Client Collaboration

- Participate in client discovery calls, creative presentations, and project meetings.
- Help clients articulate their objectives, audiences, messaging, and visual preferences.
- Present and explain creative concepts, visual approaches, storyboards, and production recommendations.
- Translate client feedback into clear direction for internal creative and production teams.




- Maintain alignment between creative expectations, production scope, budget, and timeline.

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with producers, animators, designers, illustrators, editors, writers, and other creative team members.
- Maintain clear communication between creative and production teams.
- Help improve animation workflows, production processes, and creative standards.
- Resolve creative and production challenges efficiently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in animation production, creative producing, creative direction, or related content production.
- Strong experience managing animation production pipelines from concept through delivery.
- Proven ability to develop creative concepts, scripts, and compelling visual narratives.
- Strong understanding of animation styles, techniques, and production methodologies.
- Experience managing complex animation and post-production workflows with multiple deliverables.
- Strong understanding of scripting, storyboarding, illustration, design, animation, editing, sound, and finishing.
- Ability to scope projects and develop creative approaches that align with production budgets and timelines.
- Experience working directly with clients and presenting creative concepts.
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.

Contract Details

Location: Latin America

Compensation: Full-time salary

Schedule: Full time, with EST or CST U.S. business hours preferred

Start Date: As soon as possible
