We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and develop and implement effective solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in driving process optimization and bridging the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and management.

Responsibilities

- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
- Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Perform requirements analysis to support business objectives
- Document and communicate the results of your efforts in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management




- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement tailored solutions

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in GenAI for BA Productivity & SDLC
- Expertise in Salesforce and Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
- Skills in conducting requirements analysis and developing user stories with acceptance criteria
- Capability to lead business process reviews and implement optimization strategies
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage cross-functional teams and management
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

- Familiarity with BA artifacts documentation
