To oversee POA/HOA & PUP Portfolio through effective management of Facility Managers. Collection and analysis of information relating to team’s performance so as to generate the information required for identifying and implementing actions to improve the processes involved. Monitor the procurement of goods and services for the Residential Portfolio. Provide strategic support to the Department Management Team.
The Senior Facility Manager shall be available to provide relief and technical support to POA/HOA & PUP Facility Managers at all times. It is anticipated that the Senior Facility Manager will drive the continuous improvement culture of the POA/HOA & PUP Facility Management team.
