Role Overview As a Video Editor Mentee , you’ll support content creation by editing short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital platforms. You’ll learn how to edit for engagement, storytelling, and brand consistency.? Responsibilities

- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
- Assist in editing long-form videos (YouTube, podcasts, interviews)
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion elements
- Optimize videos for different platforms (IG, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Follow brand guidelines and creative briefs
- Organize raw footage, project files, and exports
- Collaborate with content and social media teams
- Apply feedback and improve edits quickly
- Meet timelines and maintain editing consistency
- Communicate progress via Google Chat
- Attend weekly mentorship and review calls
