We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist to help generate qualified leads for a growing home services company specializing in mold remediation, indoor air quality, environmental services, and home improvement .

This is a full-time remote position where you'll be responsible for building prospect lists, making outbound cold calls, qualifying potential customers, and scheduling appointments using a provided script.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners using the provided script.
- Build and maintain prospect lists for outreach.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule consultations.
- Identify homeowners with mold, moisture, or indoor air quality concerns.




- Maintain accurate call notes and lead information.
- Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
- Use Aircall for outbound calling.
- Collaborate with the team to improve outreach performance.

Requirements

- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation .
- Experience in home improvement, mold remediation, restoration, environmental services, or other home service industries is highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Confident speaking with homeowners and handling objections.
- Comfortable building prospect lists for outbound campaigns.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- Experience using Aircall or similar dialers is an advantage.
