BA Global Talent

Buenos Aires

BA Global Talent is seeking a highly motivated and
detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Team Lead based in LATAM to join
our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take
a meaningful leadership role in a growing international recruitment
organization. Work with general clients and diverse talent across
multiple markets, help shape team processes and recruitment
strategy, and join a collaborative environment where initiative and
ownership are valued. The Talent Acquisition Team Lead owns the
full recruitment lifecycle while leading and supporting the TA
team. This is a hands-on leadership role. You coordinate the team's
priorities and also source, screen, interview, and present
candidates directly when needed, with a strong focus on IT and
specialized talent. You would be joining a fantastic group of
people who not only demonstrate their belief in BA and its mission
but also deliver fantastic results. If you are a self-starter and
can thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this is the role for
you! Apply now for an opportunity to start or further your career

with a young, fast-growing company that values its front line.

Responsibilities: Lead daily recruitment operations and develop the

Talent Acquisition team. Assign, distribute, and monitor open
positions across the team while maintaining clear visibility over
every search status (active, paused, closed, pipeline-building).
Lead a team of three Recruiters, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, regular performance feedback, and career development
support to help them grow and succeed. Run the daily kickoff to
align priorities and unblock the team, support recruiters on search
strategy and candidate quality, keep recruitment data and role
statuses accurate and current, and track and report monthly team
and referral program commissions for invoicing. Own candidate
selection end to end. Source, screen, and interview candidates

through strategic outreach, talent mapping, referrals, and
applicant review, assessing technical fit, experience, communication, and client alignment. Review and select the
strongest profiles before client presentation, prepare client-ready
candidate summaries and CV templates, document interview feedback, and keep every candidate informed with timely, respectful
follow-up. Partner with clients. Join client interviews to present
candidates and provide recruitment context, and meet directly with
clients to align on profile requirements, search strategy, and
hiring priorities. Use those conversations to pull client feedback, intel, and comments that sharpen our searches. Ensure presentations
match the client's expectations, budget, and timeline, and support
pricing and selection decisions alongside management. Build
pipelines and improve performance. Develop and maintain talent
pipelines for recurring and high-demand roles, launch targeted
outreach when more pipeline is needed, track key metrics

(time-to-hire, time-to-fill, pipeline quality, sourcing

effectiveness, conversion), and find ways to improve workflows, candidate experience, and delivery speed without sacrificing

quality. Qualifications: Proven experience in talent acquisition or

recruitment, ideally, technical, or specialized roles. Experience
leading, mentoring, or coordinating a recruitment team. Strong
command of full-cycle recruitment, from intake through closing.
Direct client-facing experience, comfortable presenting candidates
and managing expectations.

Strong candidate assessment skills that
see quality and fit beyond the CV. Excellent organization across
multiple roles, priorities, and stakeholders. Strong written and
verbal English. A proactive, collaborative, and accountable working
style. Experience with an ATS, ideally Teamtailor, is a plus. What
Success Looks Like The team has clear daily priorities and full
visibility over every open position. Recruitment data and candidate
records stay accurate and current. Clients receive well-qualified, well-presented candidates aligned with their needs. Client
conversations feed back into sharper, faster searches. Pipelines
stay healthy, and delivery speed improves without sacrificing
quality. What We Offer: Up to USD 2,000 per month, based on

experience and qualifications. Uncapped Commissions: Eligible for

both the standard recruiter commission per successful hire and the
Team Lead commission structure. Annual Performance Bonus. 10 BTO
(Billable Time Off) days, with additional days granted upon your
second and third work anniversaries. Local/National Holidays Annual
Upskill Allowance Birthday Day Off Flex Fridays Initiative

regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender
