Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers at Sumiprod Vallès, SL is a part-time, remote role responsible for organizing and supporting volunteer activities. The position involves planning volunteer assignments, onboarding new volunteers, and ensuring they receive appropriate training and guidance.

The Coordinator will maintain regular communication with volunteers, provide updates and feedback, and address questions or concerns in a timely manner. This role also includes collaborating with internal teams to identify volunteer needs, coordinating schedules, and supporting community outreach initiatives. The Coordinator will track volunteer participation, maintain accurate records, and prepare brief reports on program progress and impact.

- Candidate should possess strong Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills to recruit, onboard, and support volunteers effectively.




- Candidate should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build trust, provide clear guidance, and maintain positive relationships with diverse volunteers.
- Candidate should possess experience in Community Outreach and related activities to promote volunteer opportunities and strengthen community engagement.
- Relevant experience coordinating volunteers, programs, or events, preferably in nonprofit or community-focused environments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, part-time setting.
- Comfort using digital tools for remote collaboration, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and align activities with organizational goals.
