Evaluation Specialist

Hourly Rate: $12.50–$16 USD/hour

Part-Time Monthly Rate: $1,000–$1,280 (20 hours/week)

Full-Time Monthly Rate: $2,000–$2,560 (40 hours/week)

About the Role

You will support a U.S. employment and injury law firm as the first point of contact for prospective clients, qualifying potential cases, addressing concerns, explaining legal services, and guiding qualified leads through the intake and retainer process.

What You’ll Do

- Handle high-volume outbound calls and promptly follow up with new leads
- Qualify prospective clients based on the firm’s case criteria
- Explain legal services, intake processes, and retainer agreements
- Handle objections and guide qualified prospects toward retaining the firm
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently work toward conversion goals





What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year of phone sales, closing, intake, or similar client-facing experience
- English (C1+) and fluent Spanish
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong objection handling, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calls, automated dialers, and CRM platforms
