Technical Operations Associate

About ProMedix Health

ProMedix Health is a Medical Technology company serving the senior community of Medicare patients nationally across the United States.

We're looking for a Technical Operations Associate to support our AI systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and customer relationship automation. This is a hands on, high variety role where you'll work across AI voice agents, internal dashboards, APIs, automation, and compliance tooling.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their software development career who wants broad, real-world exposure to AI infrastructure, healthcare operations, automation, and startup technology. You don't need to know everything on day one, we're looking for someone who learns quickly, is comfortable solving problems independently, and enjoys figuring out how systems work.

You'll work directly with our technical and operations leadership and have meaningful ownership over the systems and automations you help build.

What You'll Do

- Build, test, and refine software in automated patient qualifying, onboarding, and follow up workflows.
- Use Claude and Claude Code to assist with software development, debugging, automation, documentation, and technical problem-solving.
- Support and maintain internal analytics dashboards tracking patient pipelines, agent performance, and market data.
- Build and maintain customer relationship workflow automation, including ticket routing, automated triggers, integrations, and data cleanup.
- Write scripts and lightweight applications in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Work with APIs, REST services, JSON, authentication, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Debug technical issues across multiple systems and identify the root cause of integration or automation failures.
- Work with GitHub for source control, code management, and collaboration.
- Use Jira or similar project-management tools to track technical work and issues.
- Assist with cloud infrastructure and technical operations.
- Help maintain compliance tooling, including recurring exclusion-list checks and related workflows.
- Document technical processes, systems,

and solutions so knowledge is accessible to the broader team.
- Contribute ideas for improving AI agents, operational efficiency, patient experience, conversion, and retention.
- Take on new technical projects as the company's systems and automation needs evolve.

What We're Looking For

- Fluent English, written and spoken. You'll communicate with our US based team and work with US healthcare documentation. Please submit your resume in English.
- Software development background, whether through professional experience, internships, coursework, bootcamps, or substantial personal projects.
- Comfortable reading and writing code in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Proficiency with Claude and Claude Code and an understanding of how to use AI coding tools effectively in a software-development workflow.
- Familiarity with GitHub, including repositories, commits, branches, pull requests, or general source-control workflows.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for managing technical tasks and projects.
- Practical understanding of APIs and how different systems communicate with each other.
- Familiarity with REST, JSON, authentication, and webhooks.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. You should be comfortable investigating an unfamiliar codebase or technical issue rather than immediately needing step-by-step instructions.
- Organized and detail-oriented. Much of this work involves "quiet correctness" small technical errors can create significant downstream problems.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and learning new tools quickly.
- Able to work independently while communicating clearly when you encounter blockers or need additional context.
- Curious about AI, automation, software development, and how technology can improve business operations.

Nice to Have

Not Required The following experience is helpful but not required:

- AWS or other cloud infrastructure experience
- Experience working with AI agents or LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, or similar technologies
- Experience with AI assisted software development beyond Claude Code
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
- SQL and relational databases
- CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Salesforce
- Experience working with healthcare technology or healthcare operations
- Experience building dashboards, internal tools, or operational software
- Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or other modern development tooling

What a Typical Week Might Look Like

No two weeks will look exactly the same.

You might spend one day improving prompts and workflows for an AI voice agent, another debugging a webhook between our CRM and data systems, and another writing a Python script to clean up a patient pipeline report.

You may also use Claude Code to accelerate development, investigate unfamiliar code, build internal tools, or troubleshoot technical problems.

We're looking for someone who enjoys that variety and wants to develop into a well-rounded technical operator and software developer.
