About the role A leading Asian manufacturer of shale pipe and pipeline equipment is establishing its Argentina operation and hiring its first commercial representative for Vaca Muerta. You will own the local sales cycle end to end, backed by HQ engineering and after-sales.

What You'll Do

- Develop target operators and service companies across the Vaca Muerta basin
- Run the full commercial cycle: quotation, negotiation, tender, contract and collection
- Grow and defend existing shale accounts in Neuquén
- Support local entity registration, compliance and localisation work in Argentina
- Coordinate HQ technical teams for on-site product training and after-sales
- Identify large-diameter transmission demand across South America and neighbouring markets

What You Bring





- Legally authorised to work in Argentina and based in (or relocating to) Neuquén — no visa sponsorship
- 5+ years of sales in oil & gas or oilfield / well services, including 3+ years in the Argentine market
- An existing client network among Vaca Muerta shale equipment and service companies
- Native-level Spanish plus business-fluent English (daily work with a Mandarin-speaking HQ team); Portuguese a plus
- Bachelor's degree or above — petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering or business preferred
- Working command of local procurement processes, public and private tender rules, and industry standards
