Job Title: Scheduler

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Scheduler to work remotely from home to manage our installation schedule, coordinate with clients and installers, and ensure that projects are efficiently and timely completed. This role requires excellent communication and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the installation schedule, coordinating with clients, installers, and the sales team.
- Confirm appointments with clients and ensure necessary pre-installation requirements are met.
- Assign installers based on their availability, skill set, and project requirements.
- Communicate changes in the schedule to both clients and the installation team promptly.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts or delays, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met for each installation.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to confirm availability of materials for scheduled installations.
- Handle upset clients whose projects may have delays or issues




- Document scheduling activities and communicate updates to relevant teams.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the installation department.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in scheduling, preferably in a construction or home improvement industry.
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Asana, Google Sheets, or similar) is a plus
- Customer service experience is a plus

Job Type: Remote Full-time

Salary: USD 9 per hour
