? What You'll Do:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP. ?
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations and reporting. ?
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. ?
- Manage and file U.S. tax forms (e.g., federal and state returns, 1099s, etc.). ?
- Ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulations. ??
- Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online or similar) for bookkeeping and reporting. ?
- Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed. ?
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions. ?
- Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders regarding financial matters. ?

Requirements ✅ Our Adecuado Candidate:

- Proven experience as an Accountant working with U.S.-based companies.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and compliance requirements.

- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software. ??
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP). ?
- Experience preparing and filing U.S. tax returns and reports. ?
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ?
- Exceptional communication skills in English (C1 level or higher) and Spanish (written and spoken). ?
- High attention to detail and accuracy. ?
- Reliable laptop (2017 or newer) and stable internet connection. ??
- Reside permanently in Latin America. ?
