Job Mandate

The role is part of the team of the HR Shared Services (HRSS). HR Shared Services is the operational arm of HR focused on delivering efficient, consistent and employee focused support to HR policies and procedures.

The Head, Total Rewards Operations and Performance provides strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight of the Bank’s Total Rewards Operations across BDO Unibank, its Philippine subsidiaries, and all international/offshore offices.

The role is accountable for the end-to-end operational delivery, governance, harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement of the Bank’s Total Rewards disciplines, including Compensation Management (Payroll, Attendance and Timekeeping, Separation), Benefits Administration, Employee and Statutory Loan Administration, Performance and Goal Management Operations, International Total Rewards Operations, and Third-Party Workforce Billing Administration.

The position establishes enterprise-wide operating standards, governance frameworks, and service delivery models that ensure operational excellence,



regulatory compliance, consistency, financial stewardship, and an exceptional employee experience across all jurisdictions. The role also leads enterprise transformation, process harmonization, digitalization, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives assigned by Senior Management to strengthen Total Rewards capabilities and support the Bank’s business objectives.

Working closely with Human Resources, Finance, Technology, Procurement, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, business leaders, and offshore management, the role balances enterprise-wide consistency with country-specific legal, regulatory, tax, and business requirements.
