Position Summary
Assurant is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex, cross-functional business and technology initiatives that support strategic business objectives and enterprise transformation efforts.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and delivering enterprise projects within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk parameters. This role partners closely with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic outcomes while applying strong leadership, governance, and project management discipline.

What You’ll Do
Lead Complex Enterprise Initiatives
- Manage large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation and operational transition.
- Define project scope,



objectives, deliverables, milestones, success measures, and implementation strategies.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and governance artifacts.
- Coordinate business, technology, operations, vendor, and third-party resources to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Drive Governance, Risk, and Delivery Excellence
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests.
- Monitor project health, resource capacity, budget performance, and key delivery metrics.
- Lead issue resolution activities and escalate critical concerns as appropriate.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards, compliance requirements, audit controls, security policies, and project management methodologies.
