Our adecuado Outbound Lead Generation Specialist (Outreach & Cold Email)

About the role

You will build and own MEDLIFE's outbound expansion engine end to end — identifying, reaching, and converting high-potential U.S. college students into qualified conversations that grow MEDLIFE's Student Leadership Teams and chapter network. The role owns audience development, data and enrichment, cold email infrastructure, campaign execution, and conversion, using AI as leverage to reach thousands of qualified prospects without damaging MEDLIFE's sender reputation.



You will report to the Marketing Head and work closely with the Expansion, Sales, Marketing, and Data Solutions teams.

What will your day-to-day look like at MEDLIFE?
- Identify universities, programs, student organizations, and individual students most likely to become MEDLIFE leaders, and build targeted prospect lists and ICPs.
- Source, verify, and maintain clean, structured prospect data flowing into our CRM, using enrichment tools and AI.
- Build and manage secondary sending domains: configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, tracking, and inboxes, protecting MEDLIFE's primary domain and brand reputation.
- Manage inbox warm-up and sending volume responsibly, monitoring bounce rates, spam placement, sender reputation, and blocklists.
- Write and test cold email sequences and messaging for different student personas, testing subject lines, CTAs, and follow-up sequences.
