The Marketing & Internal Communications Coordinator provides operational and project coordination support for marketing initiatives, internal and external events, and internal communications.

The role contributes to the execution and continuous improvement of the organization's internal and external communications ecosystem by supporting content creation, stakeholder coordination, employee lifecycle communications, digital workplace maintenance, and process optimization.

This position is primarily an execution and coordination role. Strategic direction, governance, prioritization, and final approval authority remain with the Marketing and People & Culture department heads. The incumbent is expected to contribute ideas and recommendations while supporting the delivery of established objectives and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Event Coordination

- Support the planning and execution of event and marketing initiatives.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
- Assist with event logistics, social media communications, and budget tracking.




- Contribute ideas for event concepts, attendee engagement, and entertainment activities.
- Prepare project status updates and coordination reports.

Internal Communications & Employee Experience

- Maintain and update internal communication platforms, including the intranet and related collaboration tools.
- Develop and maintain communication calendars, publishing schedules, and employee lifecycle communication workflows.
- Update organizational information related to onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, and organizational changes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather, draft, review, and publish internal communications.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and corporate communication activities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve communication effectiveness, and automate recurring processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal communications ecosystem.
