We are seeking a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant – Client Services & Operations to support daily administrative tasks, client communication, scheduling, and business operations.

The idóneo candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable with technology, and enjoys creating excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

- Respond to client inquiries through email and messaging platforms
- Manage calendars, appointments, and follow-up reminders
- Maintain accurate client records and databases
- Organize documents, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Assist with customer onboarding processes
- Support daily administrative operations
- Track leads and client communications using CRM tools
- Assist with social media coordination and online content organization




- Provide excellent customer service and timely communication

Qualifications

Required:

- Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or virtual assistance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and online platforms
- Reliable internet connection and computer

Preferred:

- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Experience supporting small businesses or entrepreneurs
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media platforms
