About the role
The Product Owner is the single point of accountability for driving value delivery to our clients and their end customers.
Your job is to understand the business problem from the client's perspective, guide them to the solution that meets their need, align stakeholders, and prescribe the highest-value path forward. On the other side of that, you make sure the engineering team is always working on the right things, at the right time, with clear outcomes.
The person who does well here moves past backlog management: they challenge assumptions and recommend approaches aligned to business goals, user needs, and platform capabilities.
What you'll do
- Client and outcome ownership. Be the primary client-facing product partner. Lead discovery to understand business objectives, success metrics, and constraints, not just feature requests.
- Requirements translation. Turn client needs into clear requirements achievable through sprints and tied to measurable business value.
- Risk and opportunity. Identify risks and gaps early, and present trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Product strategy. Define and maintain vision and roadmap rooted in outcomes. Prioritize on value, impact, risk, and effort. Challenge scope to prevent overengineering.
- Delivery leadership. Own the backlog in an Agile environment, define acceptance criteria with engineering, QA, and UX, and facilitate refinement, planning, and demos.
- Validation. Run acceptance testing and validate solutions against the intended business outcomes.
- Cross-functional advisory. Bridge business and technical teams, and support presales, solution design, and QBRs.

- 3+ years of Product Owner experience, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Salesforce experience across Salesforce Core, Agentforce, and Data 360.
