About the role
We are looking for a proactive Senior Salesforce Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions for our clients, with Revenue Operations at the center of the work.
The emphasis is on Sales Cloud in service of RevOps and revenue forecasting. You will work across the Salesforce ecosystem, including CPQ, Certinia PSA, Data 360, and Agentforce, and you will bring DevOps, change management, and adoption practices with you.
This is a consultative seat, not a ticket queue. You will be in front of clients and internal stakeholders regularly, and the value you add is in the recommendation as much as in the configuration.
What you'll do
- Sales Cloud ownership. Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Sales Cloud for sales process, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
- RevOps enablement. Design and maintain the solutions that support Revenue Operations, with forecasting aligned to business objectives.
- Quote-to-cash. Implement and manage Salesforce CPQ or Certinia Services CPQ.
- Data and AI. Use Data 360 to integrate and analyze data for forecasting, and apply Agentforce to automation and user productivity.
- DevOps and change control. Apply CI/CD best practices to deployments and protect system integrity during releases.
- Consultative improvement.
Identify process improvements proactively and bring recommendations, not just tickets.
- Cross-team collaboration. Work with sales, marketing, finance, and IT to keep integration, forecasting, and adoption aligned.
- Adoption. Drive onboarding and adoption through training, documentation, and support.
Must-have
- 3+ years as a Salesforce Consultant, Administrator, or similar, with a record of implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions.
- Extensive Sales Cloud implementation experience, including pipeline management, process automation, and revenue forecasting.
- DevOps and CI/CD experience for Salesforce deployments.
- Change management background. A record of change control that keeps systems stable during updates.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- English, B2 or above. You will be in front of clients and internal stakeholders regularly.
Nice to have
- Additional Salesforce certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or AI
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ or Certinia Services CPQ
- Experience with Certinia PSA for project management, resource allocation, and financial tracking
- Experience with Marketing Cloud or Data 360
- Familiarity with Loyalty Management or Experience Cloud
- Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft or Zapier
Benefits
- Co-working spaces and offices for collaboration
- Team activities
- Versátil PTO policy
- Healthcare
- Paid sick leaves, parental leaves, and volunteer days
