? We are looking for an awesome part time Leader for our Marketing Team!

Pay & Schedule

- $10 USD per hour (paid in USD)
- 20 hours per week (you are expected to be on Zoom the whole time)
- Schedule is 9am to 1pm CST
- HubStaff productivity tracking software will be installed on your computer to monitor screen and track activity.

Role

- Grow our revenue and client count with your marketing/sales experience!
- Run the marketing team’s recurring meetings, keep them focused and on time, and make sure everyone leaves knowing what they are responsible for and when it is due.
- Track the team’s key marketing numbers, report on performance regularly, and identify campaigns, clients, or team members falling behind before they become a bigger problem.
- Hold the marketing team accountable to their commitments, remove roadblocks, and make sure everyone has the tools, information, priorities, and direction they need to execute effectively.

Requirements

- Must have excellent spoken English and be confident leading team meetings and communicating with clients on live Zoom calls.
- Must understand digital marketing and be able to turn marketing strategy, campaign performance, and data into simple explanations and clear next steps for both clients and team members.
- Must be organized, proactive, and comfortable holding team members accountable to deadlines, performance standards, and results.
