Position: Property Manager

Employment Type: Part-Time (Remote)

Experience Level: Entry-Level to 2 Years of Experience

We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our team as Property Managers. Shortlisted candidates will receive full training and clear guidelines to perform the role effectively.

An active Airbnb account used as a guest is mandatory for all candidates submitted

Key Responsibilities

· Downloading and reviewing client property details and correcting any discrepancies

· Posting and advertising properties on partner platforms

· Managing property calendars

· Handling account enquiries and bookings

· Maintaining a high booking acceptance rate by informing guests of property availability

· Forwarding reservation details to your supervisor

Qualification:

· Organized and detail-oriented

· Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently

· Proactive and able to follow processes when handling guest requests





· Located in one of the following areas: Europe, United States or Canada and Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico
