We’re looking for someone passionate about talent and technology, with solid experience managing IT recruitment processes end-to-end and a genuine interest in how AI is transforming the world of talent acquisition.

- 2 days per month working from our coworking space in Saavedra

? What we’re looking for

- 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, working with technology profiles.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, candidate follow-up, and closing.
- Experience recruiting for different IT profiles and technologies.
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools applied to recruitment and the ability to incorporate them strategically into your daily workflow.
- Advanced English.
- Based in Buenos Aires.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An autonomous and organized person, comfortable managing multiple searches and priorities.
- Curiosity about technology and a continuous learning mindset.
