We are looking for an experienced Rent Manager Specialist with strong, hands-on expertise in the Rent Manager ecosystem . This is a specialized systems and property management operations role, and proficiency with Rent Manager is a non-negotiable core requirement .

The idóneo candidate understands how to use Rent Manager beyond basic data entry and can confidently manage workflows, reporting, tenant and property records, financial information, maintenance processes, and system-related tasks.

Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain property, tenant, owner, lease, and unit information within Rent Manager.
- Handle day-to-day property management workflows using Rent Manager.
- Process and maintain tenant and owner records, lease information, charges, payments, and account updates.
- Manage maintenance requests, work orders, vendors, and related property operations.
- Generate, review, and interpret Rent Manager reports for operational and financial tracking.
- Maintain accurate property and financial data and identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Assist with rent rolls, tenant ledgers, owner statements, and other property management documentation.
- Configure and maintain Rent Manager workflows, settings, templates, and system processes where appropriate.
- Troubleshoot routine Rent Manager issues and identify opportunities to improve system workflows.
- Support data cleanup, system organization, and quality control within Rent Manager.
- Coordinate information between Rent Manager and other property management, accounting, CRM, or communication platforms.
- Create and maintain SOPs for Rent Manager-related processes.
- Provide operational support to the property management team and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Required Qualifications

- Proven professional experience using Rent Manager — mandatory.




- Strong understanding of the Rent Manager ecosystem and property management workflows .
- Experience working with residential property management operations.
- Strong knowledge of tenant, lease, property, owner, maintenance, and accounting workflows.
- Experience generating and working with Rent Manager reports.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to troubleshoot system and workflow issues independently.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bilingual communication skills are highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing or supporting a large Rent Manager environment.
- Experience with Rent Manager integrations or third-party applications.
- Familiarity with property management accounting processes.
- Experience with maintenance/work-order management.
- Experience with other property management software, CRMs, or accounting systems.
- Experience creating SOPs, workflows, and process improvements.
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or another relevant second language.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is not simply a VA who has logged into Rent Manager . We are looking for someone who can confidently navigate the platform, understands how different Rent Manager functions connect to property management operations, and can become a reliable internal expert for the system. Rent Manager experience is the primary screening requirement. Candidates without substantial hands-on Rent Manager experience will not be considered.
