You will manage end-to-end resource deployment, align workforce with project demands, and produce dashboards on utilization and bench status. The role requires 3–5 years in workforce management, strong English (B2+), and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Experience with SAP and BI tools is a plus; nearshore/integral delivery mindset is valued.
