✅ Key Requirements
? Advanced English (C1) required
? 4-6 years of experience preparing U.S. Federal and State Tax Returns
? Hands-on experience with Individual, Partnership, and Corporate Tax Returns
? Strong knowledge of U.S. Taxation and Statutory Accounting Principles
? Experience in Public Accounting or Corporate Accounting
? Experience with financial statements, month-end close, and financial analysis
? Advanced Excel skills
? Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
? Main Responsibilities
? Prepare Federal and State tax returns for individuals and businesses
? Support tax planning and estimated tax projections
? Perform bookkeeping activities related to tax engagements
? Conduct tax research and identify filing requirements
? Review client documentation and identify outstanding items
? Utilize tax software to prepare and process tax returns
? Analyze financial information and identify tax-saving opportunities
? Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
? Experience with Trust and Non-Profit tax returns
? Knowledge of GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles
? Experience with CCH ProSystem fx, Engagement, and Thomson Reuters Practice Management
? Ability to thrive in a high-volume tax environment and work additional hours during peak seasons
