? We are looking for an awesome experienced Operations Manager to join our team part time!

Pay & Schedule

- $15 USD per hour (paid in USD)
- 20 hours per week (you are expected to be on Zoom the whole time)
- Schedule is 9am to 1pm CST
- HubStaff productivity tracking software will be installed on your computer to monitor screen and track activity.

Role

- Run the company’s EOS operating system, including the daily standups, weekly leadership meeting, Scorecard, Rocks, Issues List, and To-Dos, making sure meetings stay focused and commitments turn into action.
- Turn the CEO’s vision and priorities into clear execution across departments, making sure leaders know what they are responsible for, who owns each priority, and when it is due.
- Hold department leaders accountable to their numbers, Rocks, and commitments, identify when something is falling behind, and make sure issues are addressed before they become bigger problems.
- Keep departments aligned with each other, resolve cross-team issues, remove roadblocks, and make sure the company is consistently executing on its highest priorities.
- Maintain the company’s EOS tools and processes, including the Accountability Chart, Scorecard, quarterly Rocks, meeting pulse, and issue-solving process.

Requirements

- Must have excellent spoken English and be confident leading meetings and holding managers and department leaders accountable.
- Must be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable following up repeatedly until commitments are completed.
- Must be able to take high-level ideas and priorities from the CEO and turn them into clear responsibilities, deadlines, and measurable outcomes.
- Must be comfortable working with numbers, KPIs, scorecards, and operational data to identify problems and keep the company on track.




- Experience with EOS, Ninety, or a similar business operating system is strongly preferred.
