Job Title: Paralegal

Position Type: Part-Time Contract (with potential to grow to Full-Time)

About the Role:

We are a dynamic and growing boutique law firm focused on delivering efficient, high-quality legal services to clients in the financial and corporate sectors. We are currently seeking a paralegal with some contract experience to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. This is a remote position with the expectation of transitioning to full-time as the practice expands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, draft, and redline commercial contracts (e.g., NDAs, engagement letters, joinders)
- Assist with client communications and internal legal operations
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or internal notes as needed
- Collaborate with a small, agile team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:





- 2–10 years of experience in contract drafting or review
- Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to work independently
- Comfort working in a remote, virtual-first environment
