Manage, run, and tune MySQL, SQL Server, and Snowflake environments

Upgrading the Windows Server OS that hosts SQL Server

Track and optimize Snowflake usage and costs

Design and build databases, including stored procedures

Design and build Snowflake-based data warehouse solutions

Product stacks: C#/Microsoft SQL Server (self-hosted on a Windows EC2 instance); the other side runs MySQL on AWS RDS

Requisitos

Must-haves

7+ years of DBA experience

Experience with Windows-hosted SQL Server

Experience with Snowflake

Experience with AWS

Proficiency with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude)

Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Nice-to-haves

Startup experience





Experience with MySQL

Experience with ETL pipelines and tools (e.g., Rivery, dbt)

Experience designing data warehouses

Experience with data lakes on Amazon S3

Familiarity with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Metabase, QuickSight)

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
