As an IM&S; Operational Buyer, you will manage indirect materials and services availability and resolve plant/region specific issues to ensure security of supply. Also, you will focus on assigned vendors or categories, and and responsible for the entire Requisition & Fulfillment (R&F;) processing.

You will report to the IM&S; Team Lead and you will have an hybrid working schedule, with 4 home office days and 1 day at our office located in Martinez, Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities:

- Release Purchase Orders to 3rd party suppliers according to sourcing and fulfillment instructions defined by the general Category Managers and within quality and time constraints.

- Track and follow up Purchase Order deliveries to ensure security of supply




- Provide support to company partners and vendors regarding Purchase Orders
- Coordinate delivery and quality non-conformities concerning respective plant partners
- Support investigation of root cause analysis on invoice discrepancies
- Support the follow-up on planning, quality and account payable escalations ensuring appropriate commercial relations with the supply base.
- Resolve vendor disputes and non conformities.

Your professional profile requires:
- College or University degree or advanced student
- Languages: Fluent in English and Fluent Portuguese (desirable)
- Professional experience: 1+ year of relevant experience in procurement (desirable) or relevant experience is Shared Service Centers
