We are seeking a Lead Data Integration Engineer to design and deliver reliable ingestion and integration services on a modern data platform. You will guide technical decisions, collaborate across infrastructure and architecture stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design data ingestion services aligned with data architecture standards
- Implement requirements for BDX ingestion services using ETL/ELT approaches
- Lead technical decisions to ensure scalable, maintainable integration solutions
- Coordinate release changes with the infrastructure team to support deployments
- Build and optimize SQL-based transformations and validation checks
- Develop and support Databricks workloads used in integration pipelines
- Ensure services run effectively on Azure Kubernetes Service environments
- Apply SOLID and clean code principles across the codebase
- Communicate technical progress and risks with onshore BSA and architects
- Troubleshoot integration failures and drive root-cause resolution
- Document integration designs, interfaces,



and operational runbooks

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with data integration and ETL/ELT platforms
- Experience with SQL for data transformation and validation
- Experience with Databricks in production data workloads
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service for deploying data services
- Leadership experience guiding design decisions and mentoring engineers
- Project delivery experience translating requirements into implemented ingestion services
- Strong data architecture knowledge for scalable and maintainable solutions
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles and clean code practices
- Effective stakeholder communication skills with analysts and architects
- Strong collaboration skills for working with infrastructure and release teams
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)

- ReactJS experience for building internal tools or lightweight UIs
