Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Teacher Certification in library science/media specialist
- Bachelor's or master's degree in library science, education, or a related field or Education Administration desired




- Valid Arizona Certification in Supervisor or Principalship helpful but not required
- At least three (3) years successful experience
- Such alternative to above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

High School Librarian

Position Summary

The High School Librarian manages and supports the school library and provides students and teachers with access to books, digital resources, technology, and research materials. The librarian promotes reading, information literacy, independent learning, and responsible use of information while collaborating with teachers to support the school's academic curriculum.
