- Responsible for importation and exportation activities in specific LATAM countries for the FSP model, with Chile expertise and knowledge of other LATAM countries such as Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, and Mexico as a plus
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), quality of designated deliverables, and project timelines
- Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of internal systems, databases, and tracking tools with project-specific information
- Review, establish, and agree on project planning and project timelines; ensure monitoring measures are in place and implement contingency plans as needed
- Provide local expertise to SAMs and the client project team during initial and ongoing project timeline planning related to importation and exportation activities
- Perform quality control of documents
- May have direct contact with sponsors on specific initiatives, including KOM, internal meetings, and F2F meetings

Requirements
- Clinical research experience; equivalent combination of education, training, and experience




- At least 1 year of experience related to international trade (ComEx), import and export processes in the pharmaceutical industry (clinical trials)
- Advanced English level
- Good communicational and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills
